All your bank accounts in one place: several banks, one picture

Getting all your bank accounts in one place takes three steps: a read-only consent in each bank, a choice of which accounts may be read, and one rule that a transfer between your own accounts is neither income nor spending. Without that rule, a total across several accounts is off by every own transfer. Kasandro reads the banks on the Enable Banking list for Poland, charges 4.99 zł a month per connected account and shows them as one river.

Why several bank accounts in one place is not the same as several banking apps

Marek from Rybnik (sample data) has a current account in one bank, a savings account in a second and a card in a third. Three apps show three true numbers that add up to nothing: none of them knows that the 1,000 zł "spending" on the current account is a savings top-up, and that the 1,000 zł "income" on the savings account is the same money. The spending total across three apps is 1,000 zł too high, and so is the income total.

The second problem is categories. Each bank categorises in its own way: in one, Żabka is "shopping"; in another, "food"; in the third, "other", where the app has categories at all. A "food" total across three banks does not exist until someone names the merchants with one dictionary for every account.

The third problem is history: a bank's app shows its own accounts from the day they were opened, but knows nothing about the account you closed a year ago in another bank, or about your partner's card.

Three routes to one picture

RouteWhat you have to doWhat you seeTransfers between accountsCost
A spreadsheet or a CSV appdownload a file from each bank every month, map columns and encodings, name the merchantsas much as you copyby hand, if you remembertime, usually hours a month

A PSD2 sync app (Kasandro)a read-only consent in each bank, a choice of accountsevery selected account, one set of categories, map, habits over years, a partnerexcluded on both sides, also between partners4.99 zł a month per connected account

Kontomierz (kontomierz.pl, 9 Oct 2026) is another Polish app with automatic import: 18 banks, four imports a day on the PRO plan at 24.99 zł a month. It does not support a couple with two consents and has no map.

How Kasandro puts all your bank accounts in one place

  1. One consent per bank, not per account. You log in through the bank's app, tick the accounts the consent covers and approve. The consent is read-only and valid for 90 or 180 days depending on the bank.
  2. A choice of accounts to read. Back in Kasandro you tick which of those accounts should be read. One is preselected; unticked accounts are never queried, never counted and never charged.
  3. A second and third bank are added from the home screen in the same way. The monthly total updates before you confirm.
  4. One set of categories for every bank. "ZABKA Z9388 RYBNIK" from one bank and "Zabka Polska" from another are the same merchant and the same category. An unknown merchant stays unknown until you name it; then the rule applies to every account.
  5. Own transfers. A transfer whose recipient is any of your selected accounts is an own transfer on both sides. On the river it is a loop in the "Accounts" column, never an outflow.
  6. Refunds, liabilities, cash. A refund counts in the month the money came back; a loan instalment is a liability, not a purchase; a cash withdrawal is "cash" with a place and a time. All the rules: honest counting.

An account at a bank outside the Enable Banking list is connected with a CSV file; it is counted by the same rules, only without automatic refresh. The sync status bar shows, for every account, when it was last read and whether the bank returned everything, part, or nothing; if something fails, it gives the reason and "try again shortly", never an empty screen.

What you see once every account is in one place

Marek's first full picture after connecting three accounts: income 7,400 zł, an own-transfer loop of 1,000 zł (the savings top-up, not spending), spending 5,316 zł in seven categories, 2,084 zł "remaining", of which 1,000 zł on the savings account. Three hints: Żabka 52 visits, fuel +38 % against August, three subscriptions 110.98 zł. In the three bank apps that total did not exist: there was 6,316 zł of "spending" (with the savings transfer counted as spending) and 8,400 zł of "income" (with the same transfer counted as income).

Over time, habits across years appear too, because the history from every account is counted by the same rules from day one: "in 2022 you went to the shops 31 times a month; in 2026 it is 52".

Savings, business and currency accounts

A savings account does not have to be read. If you tick it, transfers to it become own transfers, and its balance counts towards "remaining" on the river and towards net worth. If you do not, a savings top-up looks like an outflow without a pair on the other side; Kasandro asks once in the review queue whether it is your account and remembers the answer.

A sole-trader business account is counted separately as "business" and stays out of "life" unless you decide otherwise. In a household it can stay private: its total counts in the picture, its transactions are seen by nobody but you.

A currency account (EUR, USD, GBP) is read in its own currency and converted at the NBP (National Bank of Poland) mid rate of the transaction day for the totals; the original amount stays visible.

What it costs

4.99 zł a month per connected account, no cap on accounts, no plans, every feature included; 3 accounts are 14.97 zł a month, a year for the price of ten months (pricing). On EUR markets the price is 1.19 EUR per account. The price is per account, not per bank, because the PSD2 provider bills for every account it reads. You pay after you have seen the full picture, not before. In a household one person pays for every member's connected accounts on one bill.

What happens to the data

Transactions are stored encrypted in a database in Frankfurt; raw bank responses are not kept after normalisation, and none of it is written to logs. "Delete everything" in settings destroys the encryption key immediately, and rows and backups disappear within the declared retention. The vendor list with regions and retention: subprocessors. You can revoke consent in Kasandro or in your bank.

FAQ

How many banks can I connect?

As many as are on the current Enable Banking list for Poland. There is no cap on accounts; every connected account is 4.99 zł a month.

Do I have to connect every account at a bank?

No. You choose which accounts to read, both when you give consent and back in Kasandro. Unticked accounts are not read and not charged. You can add them later with one tap.

What about a bank that is not on the list?

You connect it with a CSV file from the bank's app. It is counted by the same rules, but you refresh it by hand. To ask about a bank, write to support@kasandro.com with its name and country.

Do I see balances or only spending?

Both. The balances of selected accounts form "remaining" on the river, and in the wealth view they count towards net worth, together with what you import (IKE, IKZE and PPK retirement accounts, a broker, bonds).

Does this replace my bank's app?

No. You make transfers in the bank; Kasandro has read-only consent and shows the picture across all accounts together.
