Kasandro terms of service.

1. Who provides the service

2. What you get
Insight into transactions from the accounts you connect yourself through Enable Banking (PSD2, read-only): categories, shops, places, hours, habits, household, wealth, the letter from 2056, MCP. It is not investment or financial advice; the decisions are yours.
3. What it costs
4.99 zł a month for every connected bank account, no cap; a year for the price of 10 months. AI conversation is prepaid, never billed afterwards. One payment per household. Payment through Stripe; cancel any time, access lasts until the end of the paid period.

The rules are in the Privacy policy and on the Subprocessors page. You delete everything in one tap.

6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the settings; access lasts until the end of the paid period. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act: write to support@kasandro.com from the address you use in Kasandro, for example "I withdraw from the Kasandro contract concluded on [date]". We refund any money due using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

8. Complaints
Send a complaint to support@kasandro.com from the address you use in Kasandro: say what it is about and quote the code on the screen if you see one. We confirm receipt within 7 days and answer on the merits within 14 days. If you are a consumer, you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
