A year = 10 x the monthly price for the accounts connected on the day of purchase. An account added later is billed monthly until the next renewal. No struck-through prices, no "you save 17 %".
The household rule
One payment per household: 4.99 zł for every connected account, yours and your partner's, on one bill. Your partner connects their own banks with their own consent and never pays separately. One joint account with two salaries is one account: 4.99 zł.
Kuba and Marta have one joint account and two salaries: they pay 4.99 zł, not 9.98 zł. You pay per account, not per person.

Are there any plans or limits?
No. One price per account, every feature for everyone. You pay for 1 account or for 10, at the same rate.
What if I add an account during the year?
An account added later is billed monthly (4.99 zł) until the next yearly renewal, then it joins the yearly rate.
Does the AI balance expire?
No. Your 5 zł starter balance and any top-ups stay until you use them. At zero the assistant finishes its sentence and offers a top-up; it never cuts you off.
Does my partner pay separately?
No. One payment per household: 4.99 zł for every connected account, yours and your partner's, on one bill. Your partner connects their own banks with their own consent and never pays separately.
Is there a trial?
The demo on sample data needs no login and is always free. Once you connect your first account, you pay 4.99 zł and see 24 months of history straight away.
Are EUR prices different?
In euro markets: 1.19 EUR per account. In Poland we show prices in złoty only.
We have one joint account and two salaries. How much do we pay?
4.99 zł. The price is per connected account, not per person or salary. Each of you sees it from your own login; a personal account added later is another 4.99 zł.
Invoices, cancelling, a payment that failed: where?
The invoice arrives by e-mail after every payment. You cancel in the settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. A company invoice or a correction, a payment that failed, withdrawing from the contract or a refund: write to support@kasandro.com from the address you use in Kasandro. Never send a card number: we do not see it and never ask for it.
